Why there are no refunds.
The trial exists precisely to avoid the refund problem. Seven days is the exposure window. In that time, a discretionary trader will have placed real orders, seen at least one news event, and observed whether reconnect time improved on mobile.
If the fills don't look different after two volatile sessions, cancellation costs nothing. The card on file is never charged. That is the guarantee - a live evaluation, not a money-back clause after the fact.
