The cancellation steps.
These steps apply to all plan types - Starter trial, Starter paid, Standard, and Pro.
Step 1
Log into the portal. Use the email address and password from your signup. If you've lost access, use the password recovery link on the login page.
Step 2
Navigate to subscription management. This is in the account or billing section of the portal dashboard.
Step 3
Click Cancel Subscription. A confirmation prompt appears. Confirm your choice.
Step 4
Check the confirmation. The portal shows your cancellation as effective immediately. You receive a confirmation from Stripe. Keep it for your records.
What happens after you cancel.
If you cancel during the trial.
The trial is 7 days on the Starter plan. Cancel any time during those 7 days. Your card is never charged. Access to the proxy credentials ends when the trial period closes. No further action is needed.
If you cancel a paid monthly plan.
Cancellation takes effect immediately on the billing schedule. The current cycle you already paid for runs to its end. Access continues until that date. The next renewal does not charge.
