Traders Proxy acceptable use policy

Use Traders Proxy to connect your trading platform to your broker, and for Telegram. Your broker’s rules come first. If your broker or prop firm prohibits proxies or shared IPs, don’t use one on that account. Don’t use it to get round a broker’s, a prop firm’s or a country’s rules, or to misstate who or where you are. No bulk email, attacks or general web browsing, and no file sharing or scraping unrelated to your trading. One account is for one person. A breach can lead to suspension or the end of your access under the terms of service.
What Traders Proxy is for
Traders Proxy connects your trading platform to your broker through our server. It works with any trading platform that has a SOCKS5 or HTTP proxy setting, such as MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), TradingView Desktop and Optuma. You can also use it for Telegram.
Route only your trading app and Telegram through it, never your whole computer or web browser. Which of its connections a platform sends through its proxy setting is that platform’s design. Automated trading inside your platform, such as Expert Advisors, is permitted use so long as it follows your broker’s rules and the rules below.
Your broker’s rules come first

If your broker or prop firm prohibits proxies or shared server IPs, don’t use one on that account. Traders Proxy doesn’t change what your broker allows.
You must not use Traders Proxy to,
- get round any rule your broker or prop firm sets
- hold more accounts than a broker or firm allows
- make several accounts look as if different people run them
Identity, location and sanctions
Your broker sees our server’s address. Your obligations to your broker stay the same. Give true details whenever a broker or a firm asks who you are or where you live.
You also must not use Traders Proxy to,
- misstate who you are, or where you live or trade from, to any broker, firm or service
- reach a broker, a platform or a service that doesn’t accept customers where you live
- get round Australian, US, UK, EU or UN sanctions laws and lists
If sanctions law bars you from the service, or if you reside in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, you must not use it at all.
What a shared address rules out
Our server’s address is shared with other customers, so one account’s misuse can affect the rest.
You must not use Traders Proxy for,
- bulk email or spam
- file sharing, torrents or bulk downloads unrelated to your trading
- scraping, crawling or automated data collection unrelated to your trading
- attacks, scans, password guessing or any attempt to enter a system that isn’t yours
- general-purpose proxy use, such as everyday web browsing
- fraud, market manipulation or unlicensed financial services
- anything illegal where you live or where your broker operates
- any use that creates legal, regulatory or operational risk for Traders Proxy
- anything that seriously degrades the service for other customers
You must not reverse engineer the service, or defeat a control on it, without our written permission.
One account for one person
An account is for one person aged 18 or over.
- Don’t open a second account to get a second free Try account, or to get past a plan limit or a suspension.
- Stay within your plan’s device count.
- Don’t share your dashboard login, your Traders Proxy trading password or your Telegram link.
- Don’t resell access or pass it on.
If a rule is broken
Under section 1 of the terms of service and section 6 on acceptable use, you agree to follow this policy. Section 11 of the terms lets us warn, suspend, restrict or end access for a breach.
For minor or accidental breaches, we may warn you first. For severe abuse, fraud or security threats, we suspend or close the account immediately. When an account is closed for a breach, payments already made are not refunded, as set out in the refund policy.
To appeal a suspension or report misuse, ask support on the contact page or in your dashboard. [email protected] receives legal notices only. It doesn’t reply.
