What if my platform can’t connect through us?
If your platform can’t connect through us and support can’t fix it, we refund your first payment within 7 days on a monthly plan, or 14 days on a yearly plan or Founder 50. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Renewals are not refunded, so stop renewal in your dashboard before your renewal date.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly plans are Solo at $90, Duo at $150 and Desk at $250 a year, which saves you two months. If your platform can’t connect through us and support can’t fix it, we refund your first yearly payment within 14 days. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. Choose Crypto on the sign-up page to pay with USDT, USDC or Bitcoin across Tron (TRC-20), Polygon, Arbitrum One, Ethereum (ERC-20) or Bitcoin. Crypto plans run for the fixed month or year you pay for and never auto-charge, so renew from your dashboard when you want to continue.
What counts as a device?
We count each connected phone or computer by the network it connects from, and your dashboard shows the count live. When you switch to a phone hotspot, a brief reconnect grace lets your new network straight in.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Open Plan and billing in your dashboard and choose Change plan, which opens Stripe’s billing page.
How is my data counted?
Each calendar month (UTC) your plan runs at full speed, then managed speed until next month (Founder 50 never stops). Only the data your apps send and receive counts toward your plan. Data sent again and connection set-up don’t count against you. Why plans have data limits →
Can I pay once instead of every month?
Founder 50 is $599 once (5 devices, 25 GB a month) and runs as long as Traders Proxy runs the service. If your platform can’t connect through us and support can’t fix it, we refund your payment within 14 days of purchase. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Try plan gives you one device and 250 MB a month on a separate New York test server for any platform with a proxy setting, with no card. When your 250 MB runs out, the free connection stops until next month, so turn off the proxy in your platform settings or upgrade your account. Paid plans never share hardware with free accounts, and Try can’t show what a server in your broker’s city does. See the free plan →
