Quick answer

TradersProxy is a real product running on real infrastructure. Every technical claim is backed by the product and explained in plain English. Every commercial claim - pricing, trial terms, cancellation, refund policy - is written policy, not marketing language.

Billing is processed by Stripe. The 7-day Starter trial is the right way to evaluate the product before any charge. If it doesn't perform, cancel before day 8 and pay nothing.

The technical proof.

The standard across TradersProxy marketing is simple: if a claim cannot be explained plainly and checked against the product, it does not appear. No invented specifications. No vague "industry-leading" claims without anchors.

The engineering decisions that distinguish this from a generic proxy service:

Per-connection congestion algorithm selection. Each TCP session gets the congestion control algorithm chosen for its packet profile - not one global setting for all users.

Packet classification at 512 bytes. Traffic below 512 bytes - order sends, keepalives, tick data - gets interactive-class TCP buffer handling. Traffic above gets bulk handling. The split runs at the kernel level on every relay connection.

Three-band priority queue on order-flow ports. A dedicated tc-priority script implements the queue discipline. Order traffic does not compete with bulk traffic in the relay queue.

Jitter absorption during news events. A specific configuration handles the high-volatility periods where queue blow-out causes fills to drift.

Primary plus backup node at provisioning. Both nodes are assigned when the account is created - not after the primary fails. Route quality is monitored with a 15-minute EWMA. Failover is automatic.

TCP Fast Open and DNS pre-warming. Faster reconnects on mobile. Broker hostnames are cached at the node level before the session is established.

The commercial proof.

Pricing. Starter $9/mo, Standard $15/mo, Pro $25/mo, Founder 50 $599 one-time. These are published on the plans page and in the policies modal. They do not change without notice.

Trial terms. 7-day free trial on Starter only. Card required at signup via Stripe. Card not charged until day 8. Cancel from the portal any time before billing starts - no charge. See the full refund policy.

Cancellation. One click from the portal. No forms, no calls. See how to cancel.

IP model. Shared-IP pool in the current setup. Stable exit IP - consistent session to session - but shared with other users on the same node. This is stated plainly across the site, including on this page.
